Yes, I do honor these types of agreements. However, additional fees may apply.
When I provide standard event coverage and create photographs for you, I’m the owner and copyright holder.
You grant me the right to use and publish the images for editorial, trade, advertising, and sometimes photographic competitions along with use on my website.
If however, you require a tighter rein of the images, then signing your agreements are in order.
Under NDA/Privacy and even work for hire, your images will never be published, spoken of publicly or privately.
In fact, under NDA/Privacy agreements, your imagery will be stricken from my computer and server once they are delivered to you. I will no longer have a copy so they are under your total control.
Many times, I’m designated a few images for my website under the NDA, with your discretion. If that’s not possible, no worries. I’m here to accommodate you, not the other way around. Either way, please call for a painless discussion regarding your requirements.
